To guide you through these essential procedures, Sorbonne University has launched its very own International Welcome Desk. Available in French and English, the website brings together all the information you need to make getting ready for your mobility as simple as possible, from preparing for your departure right through to the end of your stay in France.
One of the website’s highlights is its ability to tailor the information provided to your own personal situation. It is built around the key stages of your stay: ‘Before my arrival’, ‘During my stay’, and ‘Before my departure’. You will find details on applying for academic programmes, help with visa applications, finances, finding accommodation, transport, as well as all the information you need on health, culture and sport.
In addition to practical guides, the International Welcome Desk provides practical tools to help you with your research. You can use a personalised checklist to select and save the topics that interest you, or download a summary sheet of the essential procedures not to be forgotten!
